ipod car audio review

would this be a good car audio setup, if not plz suggest other things?

Boss Audio 750DI – i do have an ipod and need a docking station
SoundStorm CAP200B
Crunch GPV2000.1D- not to sure about this amp, there are minimal reviews on it
Kenwood KFC-W3012DVC-from what i read these seem to be the best budget subs
EFX SE122CC-59.95, any other boxes for around this price would be great, i do not really like this one
Power Acoustik AKIT-4
my budget is around 600 so plz do not suggest things that would go over it
i forgot to mention i have 2 subs, silly me

try this my friend has one of their 12inch tubes in his truck and it beats down.
