Belkin Ipod FM car adapter shuts off my iPod Nano.?

Everytime I plug in my iPod to my Belkin FM car adapter, even when the adapter isn’t plugged in to my car. I don’t know why but the iPod goes into the state it would go into when you press Play+Menu. Does anyone know how to stop this?

A few weeks back my ipod did that
go to http://www.itunes.com and i think its under SUPPORT and see how you can reset your ipod and voila all better =]
